As we reflect on six months of IT Agent's operations, we want to express our gratitude to the tech experts and companies who trusted us throughout 2024.

Your collaboration has been invaluable in shaping our journey and services.

Most of our engagements were with companies from Germany, the UK, the USA, and Canada. They sought out tech experts primarily from Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania, and Ukraine. The roles in highest demand were DevOps, JavaScript developers, Back-End specialists, and Product Owners, with a strong preference for senior-level professionals.

Through our work, we observed key challenges in the hiring and onboarding process. Role requirements were not always well-structured to align with real project priorities, and onboarding processes often lacked the necessary support for rapid integration. This data has guided our efforts to continuously develop solutions that improve collaboration between companies and tech experts.

To address market trends and budget realities, we are introducing a special hiring fee of €1,000 for companies in Serbia, Bulgaria, and Romania through 2025. We believe this adjustment will not only support hiring but also contribute to revitalizing the tech industry in these regions. By making hiring more accessible, we aim to foster product-focused development rather than the segmented outsourcing of project components.

Additionally, we have identified a significant gap in productive mentorship and performance review transparency during onboarding. To address this, we are creating a platform to automate the onboarding process and enhance the tech expert development cycle. Launching in 2025, this platform will focus on improving collaboration, ensuring commitment to projects, and strengthening motivation to achieve project goals.

We are also excited to announce the upcoming launch of a communication channel for tech experts in 2025. This will be a space for the community to engage in self-education, collaborate on projects, form external teams, and learn from each other. We believe this initiative will help build a stronger, more connected tech ecosystem.
