IT Agent provides comprehensive job placement services for both employers and job seekers. Our services include profile creation for companies to list open positions directly, access to selected talent profiles, candidate screenings, and personalized job search assistance.
Authorized company contacts should complete the company registration form. Once registered, you will receive a link to access the company.itagent.net platform and your company profile page. Here, you can create and manage job listings. You will also receive a unique company ID for platform representation.
There are no charges for using the IT Agent platform for talent testing or interview setup. Fees apply only upon successful employment placement and are based on the specific matching services required. A detailed pricing list is included as part of the contract and is also available as soon as you confirm your identity during your initial contact with IT Agent. You can review this before accepting the contract on the IT Agent platform. Special per-hire offers are available until the end of 2024.
You can list multiple open job positions on your company profile page. IT Agent will handle further actions, such as matching talent and facilitating the recruitment process.
Please notify us immediately if a position should be deactivated. Job posts are active for 30-day intervals, and you need to confirm their status every 30 days. Expired positions should be marked as inactive.
All candidates are required to take both technical and soft skills assessments when they join the platform or before their first interview. IT Agent provides customizable technical test templates, which can be tailored by companies to better match their specific requirements. Additionally, companies can provide input for soft skills evaluations to ensure candidates meet their desired profile. All assessments are completed prior to interviews to ensure candidates are thoroughly vetted.
The duration of the matching process depends on your specific requirements and the availability of suitable candidates. If a match is available in our existing database, we can provide an instant solution. Otherwise, the process may take up to two weeks, with more complex searches potentially extending beyond that.
Yes, IT Agent can help you find candidates for temporary, contract, and permanent positions. Please specify the nature of the position in your job listing.
IT Agent uses a comprehensive screening process,to ensure candidates align with your specific role requirements. Rather than simply seeking top talent, we focus on identifying the top match for your needs, tailoring our search to find candidates who best fit your unique criteria, even reaching out to those who may not be actively seeking new opportunities.
At IT Agent, we understand that even with a thorough matching process, a hire may not always work out as expected. That's why we offer a satisfaction guarantee: if a hired candidate leaves or isn't the right fit within the first 90 days, we will work to provide a suitable replacement at no additional cost.
Upon registration, your project lead will participate in a 15-minute call with IT Agent representatives to discuss your specific technical and project needs. Using our unique system that combines both technical and soft skills assessments, we focus on finding the best match for your company’s requirements—not just the top talent. This, combined with thorough interviews involving both the project lead and the candidate, ensures we identify the ideal fit for your team.
