We provide personalized job search assistance, technical support from our IT team throughout the process, and even after employment. We see job placement as the start of a long-term partnership, not the end. Our tech community continues to work on further development for all involved.

Fill in the Talent registration form. You will receive a link to access the talent.itagent.net platform and your Talent Profile page, where you can provide details about your skills and experience. IT Agent will then match you with potential opportunities based on your expertise.

Notify us immediately if you are no longer interested in a position. Job posts remain active for 30-day intervals, and you need to confirm or update their status every 30 days. Expired job post requests should be marked as inactive

Matching services for job seekers are free of charge.

Your identity and personal information will remain confidential and will not be publicly shared. IT Agent will receive your CV and identity details, but this information will only be shared with the employer once an interview is scheduled.

Taking the technical test is optional upon registration, although needs to be done before the interview. Our combined technical and soft skills assessments provide a real output of your capabilities, often uncovering strong skills that may not have been fully realized, as well as areas for improvement. This comprehensive evaluation can significantly enhance your job-seeking strategy, as Talent Profiles with completed tests are better ranked and attract more interest from employers.

Yes, you can apply for multiple job listings that match your skills and interests. Ensure that your profile is up-to-date to increase your chances of being contacted by employers.

Brush up on relevant programming languages, frameworks, and tools you’ve worked with. Be prepared to demonstrate your coding skills and problem-solving techniques during the assessment. Review coding best practices and system architecture principles to showcase your understanding of efficient and maintainable solutions. Think about past experiences where you demonstrated the soft skills we’ll be evaluating. Consider situations where you faced challenges, made ethical decisions, or contributed to team success. Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your responses.

Yes, you can update your profile at any time. Regularly updating your profile with new skills, experiences, and certifications can increase your visibility to potential employers.

IT Agent provides continuous support through an initial interview with talent to confirm our partnership and understand their goals. While we don't assist with resumes or interview preparation, our tech team is available to offer technical solutions and advancements before and after the interview as part of our community development goal. We focus on fostering growth and ensuring that candidates are well-prepared to succeed in their job search and career development.
